Fitness has been a part of Lindsey's life for over two decades. A Texas A&M graduate with a degree in Health, she holds certifications in personal training, nutrition, and strength and conditioning — with years of coaching experience in CrossFit, boutique gyms, and private in-home settings across all ages and fitness levels.

As a single mom of three, she understands firsthand how busy life can be and how critical it is to have fitness solutions that are realistic and sustainable. That genuine love for people — and a heart for helping others — is exactly what led her to create Concierge Fitness: personalized, in-home training that helps women build strength, stay functional, and feel confident in their bodies for years to come.
